Job description for Façade Structural Engineer at PT. Polareka Fasadindo
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, or similar).
- Ability to perform detailed structural calculations for facade systems (curtain walls, cladding, and glazing systems).
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with materials used in facade systems, such as aluminum, glass, steel, etc
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for calculations and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform structural analysis and design of facade systems, including aluminum, glass, and steel components.
- Prepare structural calculations, reports, and technical documentation in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Review shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation procedures.
- Ensure all designs meet project specifications, safety requirements, and local regulations.
- Provide technical support during fabrication
- Conduct site inspections and resolve structural-related issues.
- Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, constructability, and performance.
- Able to present technical work clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
