Job description for F&B WAITER / WAITRESS at Enso Bali
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and seat guests upon arrival.
- Present food and beverage menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations or up-sell specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system or order slips.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly, ensuring all items meet our presentation standards.
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and accommodate any additional requests.
- Clear plates, clean tables, and reset dining areas efficiently for the next guests.
- Handle billing and payments accurately.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and side stations.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel setting.
- Strong conversational English skills; ability to communicate clearly with international guests.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm, efficient, and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and carry heavy trays.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance and strict adherence to hygiene standards.
- Knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Moka, Quinos, Micros) is an advantage.
