F&B Products & Events Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and passionate individual to join our team as F&B Product & Events Coordinator. This person will play a key role in developing new food & beverage concepts, managing seasonal and promotional products, and planning and executing events that enhance customer experience and drive traffic to our restaurant/café.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development:

• Collaborate with kitchen & bar team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials

• Conduct research and testing for new product ideas based on market trends and customer preferences

• Ensure product presentation aligns with brand image and quality standards

• Coordinate product launch timelines, costing, and rollout communication

Event Planning & Coordination:

• Plan, organize, and execute in-house events (live music, workshops, private bookings, etc.)

• Work with marketing to promote events on social media, digital platforms, and in-store

• Coordinate with vendors, performers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations

• Manage event budgets, logistics, and post-event evaluations

Customer Experience & Branding:

• Collaborate on in-store branding, merchandise, and seasonal decor concepts

• Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products and event offerings

• Help drive creative strategies to build memorable and engaging guest experiences

Requirements

• Experience in F&B, hospitality, or event coordination (min. 1–2 years preferred)

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Creative thinker with passion for food, beverage, and customer experience

• Great communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to work flexible hours (including weekends if events are scheduled)
