F&B MANAGER
Placement: PIK 2, Jakarta

Key Responsibilities :
- Drive revenue growth for the Culinary Services Division.
- Develop and expand culinary services in Jakarta and surrounding areas.
- Build strategic partnerships with villas, hospitality groups, property developers, and corporate clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and service packages.
- Manage pricing, food costing, profitability, and service positioning.
- Oversee operational planning and service delivery.
- Lead, manage, and develop the culinary team.
- Maintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Prepare business plans, forecasts, and growth strategies.
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B Management, Hospitality Management, Business Development, or Culinary Operations.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven revenue-generation experience.
- Solid understanding of food costing, menu engineering, pricing, and profitability management.
- Strong network in hospitality, villa, restaurant, or luxury lifestyle industries is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta PIK 2.
