Job description for F&B (Food and Beverage) Manager at SOMA FIGHT CLUB
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Oversee daily operations of the café/bar service and kitchen as one integrated F&B department.
- Set and enforce service standards, ticket times, and presentation across both Service and Culinary teams.
- Partner with the Sous Chef to plan, cost, and refresh menus, including fight-specific nutrition options.
- Build and manage the F&B budget, monitoring food and beverage cost percentages and controlling waste.
- Recruit, train, and supervise F&B Service and Culinary staff, including the F&B Supervisor and Sous Chef.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards across the department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- The candidate is currently in Bali and is available to attend an Offline Interview.
- Minimum 3–4 years' experience in food and beverage management, spanning both culinary and front-of-house service.
- Working knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP or equivalent), cost control, and inventory management.
- Proven ability to lead and unify a mixed kitchen-and-service team.
- Strong financial literacy — comfortable owning a P&L, food cost percentage, and labor cost targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Hospitality, culinary, or F&B management qualification preferred but not required with sufficient experience.
