Job description for F&B (Food and Beverage) Manager Hotel at Yuan Garden Hotel Pasar Baru

1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Perhotelan, Pariwisata, atau Manajemen Bisnis.

2. Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di posisi F&B Manager di hotel berbintang (minimal 4★).

3. Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan interpersonal yang kuat.

4. Mampu membaca dan menganalisis laporan keuangan F&B.

5. Menguasai prosedur operasional restoran, banquet, bar, dan room service hotel.

6. Menguasai bahasa Inggris aktif, baik lisan maupun tulisan.

7. Berpenampilan profesional dan memiliki orientasi terhadap pelayanan tamu (guest oriented).
