Responsible:
• Strategic Planning: Developing and executing F&B strategies.
• Team Leadership: Leading and motivating F&B staff.
• Menu Development: Creating and managing menus.
• Revenue Generation: Driving revenue growth.
• Cost Control: Managing budgets and controlling costs.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
General requirements:
1. Proven work experience in a restaurant setting.
2. At least 3 years of experience in F&B management is generally expected.
3. Understanding of financial management.
4. Highly strong problem-solving skills and decision making.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team.
6. Ability to build relationships, internal and external department.
7. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
8. Effective time management skills.
9. Proficient in English both oral & written.
10. Well groom and good personality.
11. Clear attention to detail.
12. Willing to stay in Nusa Ceningan Island.
13. Able to join immediately.
