Job description for F&B Captain at Primelux Padel Club
Supervise all F&B floor operations — from bar and coffee service to dining floor and catering events. Ensure consistent service quality, staff performance, and guest satisfaction throughout all F&B touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all F&B floor staff including Waiters, Barista, and Bartender on shift
- Coordinate service flow between kitchen (Head Chef) and front-of-house floor
- Manage table assignments, order flow, and POS accuracy
- Lead pre-shift briefings and ensure all staff are positioned and ready before service
- Handle guest F&B complaints and ensure prompt service recovery
- Monitor bar and coffee station standards, stock levels, and quality throughout service
- Support F&B upselling initiatives — post-game nutrition, premium beverages
- Coordinate catering setup and service for tournament and corporate events
- Conduct end-of-day F&B settlement, cash reconciliation, and handover
- Train and mentor Waiters and Bar staff on service standards and upselling
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Min. 3 years F&B service experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong floor management and team leadership skills
- Familiarity with POS systems; Quinos training provided
- Good English — primary interaction with expat guests
- Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and guest-first mindset
