Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end export operations to achieve targets and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate orders, products, documentation, shipments, and vendors.
- Ensure accurate export documentation and compliance with applicable procedures.
- Monitor export performance, resolve issues, and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in export operations, preferably in FMCG/manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of export processes, documentation, and shipping procedures.
- Good coordination and communication skills with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with targets and deadlines.
