- Job Description
- Preparation for any booking to shipping liner.
- Filling Rate quotation and negotiating with liner
- Create SI and Data Entry or input to the system and print details on shipment on doc
- Preparation of Bill of lading and manifest
- Update, Follow & communicate with other parties if any problem occurs.
- Preparation of Invoice & document setting
- Requirements:
- Age between 24 - 38 years old
- Educational requirements: minimum D3 in any field or High school with working experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural MNC environment in a Logistics/Freight Forwarding/PPJK company.
- Experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry is an advantage
- Experience in Export Operations is an advantage
- Required languages: Indonesia, English other foreign languages are an advantage
- Having a good personality, communication skills, and hard working.
- Strong knowledge of export or import activities and Up-to-date information about the customs manifest
- Knowledge of documentation and handling export shipment
- Detailed and careful with paperwork and checking documents/invoices
