PT Cahaya Poles Mulia is a leading manufacturer of buffing wheels and polishing compounds, specifically designed for metal and wood surfaces. Our products consist of six different material types that can be applied to various surfaces, producing different finishing results.
For many years, we have developed equipment to identify the most suitable metal finishing solutions based on our customers’ needs at competitive prices. We are supported by our Quality Control team, which consistently ensures the stability and quality of our products.
Currently, we are opening a vacancy for the position of Export Staff.
Qualification:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales role, preferably from B2B Company
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel as coverage region
- Willing to work directly from Surabaya, Indonesia
Job Description:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and distributors across the world
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the region
- Negotiating sales contracts and managing account relationships
- Providing market intelligence and insights to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of customer orders
- Representing the company at industry events and trade shows
