Job Summary:
The Export Logistic Staff will ensure flawless export processes by meticulously checking all documentation, coordinating with internal warehouse teams, international customers, and forwarding partners. This role demands strong attention to detail, communication skills, and knowledge of export regulations (e.g., Indonesian fisheries standards, customs requirements).
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and verify all export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, health certificates, and compliance forms for accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to prepare shipments, track inventory, and ensure timely pickup and loading.
• Liaise with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Communicate with forwarding companies, shipping lines, and customs brokers to arrange logistics, obtain necessary clearances, and monitor shipment status.
• Track shipments from origin to destination, updating stakeholders on progress and handling delays or claims.
• Maintain digital records in ERP systems, generate reports on export metrics, and support audits.
• Stay updated on export regulations, tariffs, and industry standards (e.g., HACCP, EU/USA import rules for seafood).
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in export logistics, preferably in fisheries/seafood or perishable goods.
• Proficiency in export documentation and Indonesian customs procedures (e.g., INSW system, PEB/PWB).
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) for international coordination.
• Familiarity with MS Office, and logistics platforms.
• Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver with ability to multitask under deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to align with international time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Incoterms, container tracking tools (e.g., Maersk or MSC portals), and cold chain logistics.
