PT. Ulam Laut is a rapidly growing company specializing in the processing and export of fishery products. We are seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join our Sales Export Staff.
Job Description
Manage export operations from order entry, documentation, shipment, to collection of payments.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of export documents, including:
- Letter of Credit (L/C)
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading (B/L)
- Air Waybill (AWB)
- Certificate of Origin (COO)
- And other related export documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Production, Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, and Finance.
- Coordinate with external parties including freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs authorities, and buyers.
- Ensure timely shipment execution according to contract terms and export regulations.
- Prepare periodic export reports and analyze export performance.
