Job description for Export Import at PT PEI HAI INTERNATIONAL WIRATAMA INDONESIA

KUALIFIKASI

Min. D3/S1 semua jurusan, diutamakan Logistik/Perdagangan Internasional.

Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang EXIM/manufaktur.

Memahami dokumen PEB, PIB, Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB & COO.

Memahami Kepabeanan, HS Code, Incoterms & Customs Clearance.

Familiar dengan CEISA/INSW & Kawasan Berikat.

Menguasai Microsoft Office terutama Excel.

Mampu berbahasa Inggris.

Teliti, komunikatif, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Mengelola proses Export & Import bahan baku dan produk jadi.

Menyiapkan dan memeriksa dokumen PEB, PIB, Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB & COO.

Monitoring proses Customs Clearance dan shipment.

Berkoordinasi dengan Bea Cukai, PPJK, forwarder, shipping line & supplier.

Memastikan dokumen dan proses EXIM sesuai ketentuan.

Melakukan monitoring pengiriman dan penyelesaian kendala shipment.

Membuat laporan dan administrasi dokumen EXIM.

Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait untuk kelancaran proses Export & Import.
