LOGISTIC STAFF

Job Description :

Melakukan administrasi dan pengelolaan dokumen logistik
Upload data dan pengurusan dokumen melalui sistem:
SKI BPOM
PORTAL BEA CUKAI & CEISA 4.0
KARANTINA : PTK ONLINE & SSM IMPOR
Follow up email dan koordinasi dengan vendor, forwarder, PPJK, serta instansi terkait
Handling dan filing dokumen import/export
Upload data BPOM, CEISA, Karantina, dan CK
Pick up dokumen CK di kantor Bea Cukai
Monitoring dan follow up shipment arrival
Memastikan kelengkapan dan kerapihan dokumentasi logistik

Qualifications:

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (lebih disukai jurusan Logistik, Administrasi, atau terkait)
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang logistik, terutama EMKL atau PPJK
Memahami alur perizinan Bea Cukai, BPOM, dan Karantina
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dan Microsoft Office dengan baik
Teliti, rapi dalam administrasi, dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim
Memiliki kemampuan follow up dan koordinasi yang baik
