Job description for Export Import Staff at PT Anugerah Citra Walet Indonesia
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of all export documentation in accordance with customer requirements and applicable regulations
- Verify and synchronize product labels, shipping marks, and export documents prior to shipment
- Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and related parties to ensure smooth export operations
- Calculate and monitor export shipping costs and related expenses
- Arrange shipment schedules, booking processes, and transportation requirements
- Monitor customs clearance procedures and track shipment status to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage and maintain export-related documentation within the CAIQ system
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and company procedures
- Prepare and maintain export reports and shipment records accurately and in a timely manner
- Resolve export operational issues and provide necessary follow-up to ensure smooth shipment execution
Job Requirements:
- Female
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Experienced in handling logistics administration and operational activities
- Understanding of export-import documents and processes
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and responsible
- Preferably domiciled in the Cengkareng, West Jakarta area
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage
- Educational background in Logistics or related field is preferred
