Job Description:
• Handle all documents for export / import process;
• Manage daily operation, execute data make sure completed;
• Making PEB/PIB and documents related to export-import;
• Regularly report on logistics status;
• Daily Communicating with customers and overseas partners;
• Conduct coordination with all relevant teams;
• Well-developed planning and organization skills;
• Multi-tasking and scheduling management;
Job Responsibilities:
• Finding and looking for PPJK vendor;
• Verify and handle all documents for export / import process (PIB/PEB, COO, Phytosanitary, MSDS, etc);
• Compile monthly logistics reports (Tracking, Inventory, Handover Minutes);
• Responsible for the receipt of goods (Quality and Quantity Checking);
• Responsible for the process of shipping goods (Packaging, Urgency of Delivery, Logistics Administration);
• Maximize the delivery of goods effectively and efficiently;
• Create weekly reports on job progress;
• Checking incoming invoices before submitting to finance department;
• Creating tabulations (price comparisons) according to user needs;
• Can foster good relationships with old and new vendors;
• Evaluating the performance of vendors;
• Looking for new vendors if needed;
• Others task assigned by the leader
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management;
• Experienced Working in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding company (Minimum 2 year);
• Understanding of logistics documents, process and flow;
• Able to operate EDI customs system;
• Preferably have PPJK certificate;
• Fluent in English both oral and written, Mandarin preferrable;
• Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point;
• Effective communication and service mind;
• Discipline, Responsible, Reliable, High initiative, and Able to work in Team;
• High responsibility and able to work under pressure and tight deadline;
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution;
• Learn new things and develop yourself as the company grows;
• Able to work with tight deadlines
• Having Negotiation Skill
