Membuat/Mengecek Invoice, Packing List, COO, dan lainnya dari Customer
Membuat Draft PIB / PEB untuk di kirimkan ke Customer
Mengarsip file dokumen softcopy / hardcopy setiap job di folder komputer
Melakukan follow up ke customer untuk mengkonfirmasi draft - draft dokumen yang sudah di buat
Mengecek schedule kapal ETA & ETD
Membuat daily & monthly report
