- Mempersiapkan dan mengumpulkan data terkait ekspor dan impor
- Menangani pengiriman, penerimaan, dan pencatatan transaksi internasional
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi dan persyaratan perdagangan internasional
- Memonitoring proses custom clearance (BEA CUKAI)
- Membuat dan melaporkan aktivitas ekspor-impor kepada instansi pemerintah
- Mengatasi masalah yang terkait dengan pengiriman, dokumen, atau kepabeanan
