🛳️ Job Scope:
→ Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required documentation.
→ Verify and ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation in accordance with international and domestic shipping regulations.
→ Coordinate with various departments, customers, and vendors to gather necessary information and documentation for shipments.
→ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import, export or custom clearance regulations and requirements.
→ Ensure timely submission of documents to relevant authorities and customers.
→ Manage and maintain records of all shipping documentation.
→ Assist with resolving any documentation-related issues or discrepancies.
→ Support the sales and customer service teams with documentation-related inquiries.
✈️ Job requirements:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, (Mandarin is a plus).
- Have a high enthusiasm for learning.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Graduated from any state university with any major, Fresh graduate also can apply.
- Having knowledge of manifest system is a plus.
