Job description for EXPORT DOCUMENT at Bricon

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Female, minimum age of 26 years old.
  2. Bachelor's degree in any field; a degree in Engineering or Science is an advantage.
  3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in export-import operations.
  4. Strong understanding of export procedures and documentation.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proactive, responsive, and able to work efficiently with a high level of initiative.
  7. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Prepare, review, and manage all export documents in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations.
  2. Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and timely export processes and shipments.
  3. Maintain proper filing systems and ensure the completeness and accuracy of export data and documentation.
