Job description for Export Customer Service Staff at Pt Kamadjaja Logistics
Job Description:
- Manage export documents and incoming export orders until the container enters the port
- Handle correspondence with related parties such as shipping lines, Customs, and quarantine offices
- Monitor containers until they arrive at the port
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure a smooth export process
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admin or Customer Service in the export-import or logistics field
- Proficient in computer operation and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Email)
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work effectively within timelines
- Good coordination and administrative skills
