Job description for Export Business Development at PT YOU Indonesia
- Develop and maintain partner relation through day-to-day coordination with export partner in SEA
- Ensuring brand consistency among all market by providing all branding materials, updates and information from HQ
- Liaising with the internal team on product registration, production and delivery in new and existing markets
- Monitoring sales performance of each market and developing strategies with each market to achieve target sales
- Stay up to date on respective market trends in existing markets
- Execute market research to understand product fit for new markets
- Ad-hoc tasks relevant to export
- Solid academic background
- A minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills – getting-things-done over process driven mentality, systematic thinking, strong analytical, communications and excellent problem-solving skill
- High moral standard and personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment to the business
- Able to work within an ambiguous environment
- Have a passion for being in the field and on the move 24/7!
