We are seeking an experienced Direct Salesperson with a minimum of 3 years of proven success in direct sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who not only excels at closing deals but also has the leadership skills to build and manage their own commission-based sales team for both local and national markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in driving sales and meeting targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our customer base.
- Recruit, train, and manage a commission-only sales team under your leadership.
- Cultivate relationships with local and national clients.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team of commission-only sales professionals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ambitious, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
