Expansion Supervisor
Role
- Lead operational execution for partnership stores.
- Coordinate project delivery from survey, production, logistics, installation, until project handover.
- Act as the bridge between partnership stores and Fabrica's central operations.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Standardize operational processes for new territories.
- Assess territory readiness and lead the transition into an independent operational team.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, lead time, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Has at least 3 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Project Coordination, or Technical Support.
- Comes from industries such as Interior, Furniture, Building Materials, Construction, or Manufacturing.
- Enjoys solving problems and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Is willing to travel and support new market development.
