Job description for EXPANSION & SITE ACQUISITION STAFF at Physiorehab Clinic
Responsibilities
- Identify potential areas and properties for new clinic locations.
- Conduct site hunting and field surveys.
- Analyze accessibility, visibility, traffic, parking, surrounding generators, demographics, and competitors.
- Conduct competitor and surrounding area mapping.
- Compare potential sites and prepare initial recommendations.
- Collect rental price, service charge, deposit, lease period, escalation, fit-out period, and other commercial information.
- Support site feasibility analysis.
- Communicate and coordinate with property agents, landlords, and building management.
- Support rental and commercial term negotiations.
- Follow up potential locations from initial sourcing until deal/handover.
- Maintain site pipeline and property database.
- Regularly identify new potential areas for future expansion.
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in Expansion, Site Acquisition, Property, Business Development, or similar role.
- Experience in healthcare, retail, F&B, beauty, fitness, or other multi-branch businesses is a plus.
- Experience conducting site surveys.
- Comfortable working both in the field and with data.
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Basic understanding of location and commercial analysis.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive in sourcing potential locations, not dependent only on property agents.
- Willing to travel frequently for site surveys.
