Job description for EXIM SPECIALIST at DGW Group

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (any field).
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the export-import sector. (Operational experience is a plus)
  • Experience and deep understanding of export-import licensing procedures, especially for agricultural machinery (agro-machinery).
  • Knowledge of Indonesian export-import regulations, specifically those concerning machinery and agricultural technology.
  • Experience in collaborating with relevant government agencies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external parties (vendors, customs officials, logistics partners, etc.).
    Marketing skillsets are required
  • Having experience and understanding of heavy equipment export-import licensing processes (preferably agricultural tools and machinery)
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for international communication. Having Mandarin language skills is a plus.
  • Placement in Gresik, East Java.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate the licensing process and required documentation for the export and import of agricultural.
  • Managed warehouse and procurement operations.
  • Administered export-import documentation, including B/L, Invoice, Packing List, PIB, PEB, COO, Insurance, LS, LC, HS Code, PTK Online, BC 1.1, BC 2.0, BC 2.3, BC 3.0, BC 3.3, and V-Legal.
  • Prepared and analyzed export-import reports and operational data.
  • Maintained effective communication and negotiation with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Conducted vendor evaluations to ensure service quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
  • Resolved operational and customer-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensured compliance with applicable export-import regulations and government policies.
  • Liaise with government agencies to ensure that all documents comply with regulations.
  • Stay updated on the latest export-import regulations and ensure adherence to these standards.
  • Prepare routine reports related to export-import activities and operational status.
  • Identify potential issues in logistics or licensing processes and develop solutions to resolve them.
