Job description for EXIM Logistics Officer at PT MOLVIZADAH SONS INDONESIA

Menyusun dan memproses dokumen impor dan ekspor seperti PIB/PEB, BL, Invoice, dan Packing List.

Melakukan pengecekan HS Code dan regulasi LARTAS.

Memantau jadwal pengiriman dan berkoordinasi untuk memastikan kelancaran proses pengiriman.

Menguasai PIB/PEB

Memahami Proses Pengurusan Importasi di Indonesia

Memahami HS Code

Memahami prosedur, regulasi, lisensi, dan dokumen pendukung Import dan Export

Fasih Berbahasa Inggris

Mengelola seluruh dokumen administrasi Export dan Import

Berkomunikasi yang baik dengan pihak ketiga terkait pengurusan Export/Import serta Internal Perusahaan

Membuat laporan dan melakukan pelaporan terkait Export dan Import ke Instansi Pemerintah terkait

Mempersiapkan dan mengajukan dokumentasi kepada Instansi Pemerintah dan Kedutaan terkait dokumen Export

Mempunyai tanggung jawab guna menangani pendaftaran / registrasi warga negara asing seperti pengurusan Kitas, Izin Kerja dan perizinan lainnya terkait pendaftaran warga negara asing;

Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun

Mampu mengoperasikan Komputer dan memiliki Keahlian administratif
