Exim & Regulatory Supervisor (English Speaker)

What you'll do :

1. Take ownership of the company’s export-import operations and regulatory compliance from documentation to shipment completion.

2. Manage import/export licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements, including LARTAS, GACC, SNI, PERTEK, BPOM, Barantin/Karantina, and other applicable permits.

3. Coordinate with Customs, PPJK, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and government agencies to keep shipments running smoothly.

4. Review and ensure the accuracy of key EXIM documents such as PIB, PEB, Invoice, Packing List, B/L, COO, and related documents.

5. Stay updated on changes in customs and trade regulations and translate them into practical actions for the business.

6. Troubleshoot customs, licensing, and regulatory issues and find practical solutions to avoid delays.

7. Keep all licenses, permits, and regulatory documents properly maintained and up to date.

8. Lead the EXIM team, improve processes, and make sure daily activities run efficiently and in compliance.

9. Provide management with clear updates on shipment status, regulatory matters, risks, and ongoing issues.

What We’re Looking For :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Management, or a related field.

2. 5–7 years of experience in EXIM, Customs, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field, with supervisory experience.

3. Strong understanding of export-import processes, customs regulations, licensing, and trade compliance.

4. Hands-on experience dealing with government permits and regulatory requirements.

5. Familiar with GACC, SNI, BPOM, Barantin/Karantina, PERTEK, INSW, and LARTAS.

6. Strong knowledge of EXIM documentation and customs clearance processes.

7. Comfortable working with PPJK, forwarders, shipping lines, Customs, and government agencies.

8. Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

9. Good command of English, both written and spoken.

10. Proficient in Microsoft and Accurate.
