Key Responsibilities
• Manage executive schedules, including business trips, meetings, and external appointments
• Prepare meeting minutes and translate documents (Korean–Indonesian / English)
• Draft and organize documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Support logistics and preparation for business trips and external meetings
• Assist with communication between the Indonesian office and Korean headquarters or external partners
• Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Gender: Female
• Nationality: Indonesian
• Proficiency in Korean (upper-intermediate or higher)
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• English proficiency (intermediate or higher)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, the following experiences will be considered a plus:

Preferred Qualifications
• Work experience at Korean or Japanese companies
• Previous roles in secretarial, administrative, general affairs, translation, or document preparation
• Experience supporting executives or senior managers in a corporate setting
• Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professional ethics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
