The Executive Recruiter at Excellent Stars Agency will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent for our financial consulting positions. Key responsibilities include conducting recruitment activities through sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates; managing the recruitment process from start to finish; and collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and match them with suitable candidates. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. The Executive Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with potential candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
To excel in this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have between one and three years of relevant experience in recruitment. Proficiency in Google Docs, Recruitment processes, and Google Sheets is essential. The role offers flexibility with a remote working arrangement, allowing candidates to balance work and personal commitments effectively.
