About the role: BHP is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to ensure 5-star cleaning and presentation standards across our luxury villas in Canggu.
Key responsibilities:
• Full housekeeping supervision of villas
• Quality inspection pre-check-in of every villa
• Inventory management: linen, amenities, cleaning products
• Team training and development
• Coordination with in-house laundry
• Reporting and housekeeping budget
• Amenities and consumables procurement
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years housekeeping experience in 5-star hotel/villa
• Team supervision experience: minimum 5 people
• Knowledge of luxury standards (Aman, Como, Capella, Four Seasons preferred)
• Working English
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Weekend availability
