We’re #hiring: Executive Creative

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive creative to work directly with our CEO to build authentic thought leadership—turning trending industry and social issues into compelling content and real-world impact.

What you’ll do:

1. Spot relevant trends/news and translate them into strong thought-leadership angles.

2. Write engaging, hook-driven scripts for short-form video (TikTok, Reels, LinkedIn).

3. Handle lightweight shooting and baseline editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).

4. Pitch and secure podcast guest spots, media appearances, and speaking invites.

What we’re looking for:

1. 1+ years of experience in creative strategy, content creation, PR, or talent management.

2. Strong sense of issues + great storytelling/scriptwriting skills.

3. Comfortable with end-to-end basic video execution.

4. Confident networker with a proactive pitching mindset.
