Job description for Executive Chef at TRM Hospitality

Placement: Lovina Beach Club & Resort, Lovina, Singaraja
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership position, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing overall kitchen and food production operations.
- Experienced in menu development, food costing, inventory control, and budgeting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and develop a culinary team.
- Creative and passionate about developing high-quality and innovative culinary concepts.
- Able to maintain food quality, consistency, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is preferred.
