Job Title: Executive Assistant, Office of Global Learning
Type: Temporary Full-Time
Working Hours: 9am to 6:30pm (Mon-Fri)
Duration: Minimum 6 Months – 1 Year
Location: Clementi

INTROUCTION

This is a position within the Office of Global Learning (GL) at the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) Clementi Campus. The successful candidate will support the conception to completion of GL’s suite of programs. This position reports to the Lead of Global Learning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist and support in managing of all Global Learning programs. These include programs of academic, professional and service learning natures.
  • Provide wide range of administrative work pertaining to GL’s Projects such as handling email inquiries, filing and organization of documents, writing promotional materials, supporting arrangement of events/roadshowsand any other ad hoc tasks assigned.
  • Assist in conducting in-depth market research by mapping against international, regional, national, sectoral and personal development mandates, funders, competitors and implementing entities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum A Level (Waiting for Results/Graduate) or Polytechnic Diploma (Preferably Business Related/Communications). Candidates who graduated with other disciplines will also be considered.
  • Previous executive assistant experience or administrative work is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (marketing copywriting, research writing) in English.
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous individual who can function independently or within a team.
  • Cheerful personality with strong time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is a must. Knowledge in graphics and video editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Final Cut Pro will be an added advantage.
