We are looking for a smart, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing priorities, monitoring business performance, and ensuring effective execution across departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Director's schedule, meetings, correspondence, and key priorities.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and executive summaries.
- Monitor business performance, KPIs, projects, deadlines, and follow-up actions across departments.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure management decisions and action plans are executed.
- Conduct business, market, competitor, and trend research.
- Assist in analyzing data and turning it into clear, actionable business insights.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to work independently.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Good command of English.
