Job description for Executive Assistant/Secretary (Contract 6 months) at PT. Pro Integrate Consulting
Role Purpose:
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior executives. This role ensures effective time management, seamless coordination of activities, and strong stakeholder engagement to support business priorities. The EA is expected to operate proactively, maintain confidentiality, and deliver high-quality support aligned with corporate standards.
Working Arrangement: WFO at Sudirman Area
Contract Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management
- Meeting & Event Coordination for the respective supporting MD, collaborate with M&E team (on-site/off-site)
- Travel & Expense Administration
- Administrative Support including myTE admin support
- Communication & Coordination withing the organization across functions and/or stakeholders both local and global
- Limited Document Control & Quality Assurance
- Proactive Support & Business Alignment
- Others referred to special assigned tasks as necessary
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Secretary
- Prior experience supporting senior executives is preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English, both written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management ability
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with collaboration tools
