Job description for Executive Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) at PT Enertsteel
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at PT Enersteel.
Key responsibilities:
- Organise and manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, presentations and other documents on behalf of the executive
- Manage the executive's travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations and itineraries
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, data entry and record keeping
- Act as the main point of contact for the executive, fielding phone calls and managing inquiries
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 1 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with calendar management software
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
- Willing to travel for work
- Proactive, discreet and able to handle confidential information with the utmost care
