Sport Company in Canggu, Badung, Bali (ONSITE)

- Reports to: Works directly under Founder instruction and in close coordination with department heads every division
- Employment basis: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day.
- Role summary: Dedicated Company-focused assistant role supporting founder control, HR
- administration, staffing coordination, and structured follow-up across departments. More internally
- focused than the group-level founder assistant; translates founder direction into organized execution
- within Nomads Padel Village.
Key responsibilities
- Support Founder direct oversight of Nomads Padel Village through structured follow-up with department heads.
- Maintain HR and staffing administration: personnel files, onboarding records, internal checklists, employment-document tracking, and staff data organization.
- Follow up on hiring needs, open roles, staffing requests, approvals, onboarding readiness, and department-level people topics.
- Coordinate internal information flow between leadership and the operating departments.
- Track implementation of founder instructions across departments and maintain clean reporting back to Founder.
- Support people- and staffing-related administration without acting as the main recruiting owner.
Requirement - Highly structured, reliable, and comfortable working in a founder-led environment.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage many moving parts at once.
- Comfortable dealing with department heads and internal staff matters with clarity and discretion.
- Good command of English; Bahasa Indonesia strongly preferred.
- Strong administrative mindset with the ability to keep people and staffing topics organized.
Note: Primary focus is internal coordination, people administration, and founder-directed follow-up inside Company.
