Job Responsibilities
1. Support the GM in managing business priorities, schedules, and daily activities.
2. Monitor projects end-to-end, ensuring progress, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
3. Coordinate with different departments to execute the GM’s directions and follow up on pending tasks.
4. Prepare progress reports, analyze issues, and provide updates to support decision-making.
5. Handle other business and operational assignments based on the GM’s needs.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
2. Experience in HR Generalist, Live Streaming Operations (fashion industry preferred), Executive Assistant, or Business Operations is a plus.
3. Fluent in spoken and written English.
4. Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under press
