Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Executive to provide day-to-day operational and administrative assistance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism in communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling coordination
  • Handle email management and professional correspondence
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized databases
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Draft, edit, and respond to professional emails in English
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in English (written and verbal)
  • Coordinate tasks and follow-ups across internal teams
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support
  • Manage reminders and ensure deadlines are met

Technical & System Management

  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Manage files and collaborate using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Coordinate and manage virtual meetings via Zoom and Google Meet

Requirements
