Job description for Exchange Specialist at Bitwyre
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise day-to-day exchange transactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of day-to-day exchange transactions.
- Accurate cash reconciliation and banking settlement
- Collaborate with finance, treasury, and other departments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external exchange or financial institutions
- Responsible for minimizing risk and mitigating errors
- Prepare and present reports on day-to-day exchange activities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Ensure full compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Undertake any additional duties or ad hoc tasks related to exchange operations or as requested by management
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in finance, accounting, information technology, data science, mathematics or statistic with data science or analytics certificate will be an advantage
- 1-4 years of experience as data analyst, financial settlement and reconciliation or similar role
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to hard work and dedication to the role
- Willingness to work flexible and shifting hours, including nights
- Willing to Work On-Site
- Good in Problem solving skills, analytical skills, accuracy and numerical skills
- Excellent administration and organizational skills also time-management skills
- Customer focused
- A good team player
- Excellent communication skills
