Job Description

• Lead, train, and manage the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service.

• Establish and maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in guest rooms and public areas.

• Oversee laundry operations, ensuring timely and quality service.

• Manage housekeeping budgets, inventory, and procurement of supplies and equipment.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Create schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to achieve optimal productivity.
