Job Title: Events Stylist
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Events Stylist to join our team in Our Company PT ALAM MIMPI ( Bali Event Styling Devision) ! The Events Stylist will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing the overall look and feel of our catered events — from table settings and floral arrangements and buffet styling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop creative styling concepts based on client briefs, themes, and event objectives.
• Curate tablescapes, centerpieces, and decor elements aligned with brand and event vision.
• Coordinate styling materials, props, linens, florals, and decor items needed for events.
• Execute on-site styling and set-up of events, ensuring every detail is beautifully presented.
• Work closely with the Events , suppliers, and florists to bring styling plans to life.
• Oversee post-event packing, inventory checks, and ensure proper care of styling assets.
• Support the Events team in venue inspections and client presentations when needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in event styling, event design, or related creative fields.
• Strong eye for detail, color coordination, and aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule.
Nice to Have:
• Background in interior design, floral arrangement, or visual merchandising.
• Familiarity with local suppliers and decor rental companies.
• Creative portfolio or sample styling projects is a plus!

Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
