Events Coordinator
You are passionate about dogs and cat, and an extroverted individual who loves meeting new people. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and are comfortable working on weekends or public holidays when events are scheduled. You are also able to travel out of the office to your event locations when required.You are self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute mini-engagement activities with cat and dog communities to strengthen relationships with pet lovers and increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate the company's participation in pet bazaars and expos, including event preparation, logistics, and execution (promo merchandise/samples, marketing materials, booth setup, transporting of products, etc).
- Coordinate sponsorship activities
- Represent the company at events by promoting products, educating customers, and conducting product demonstrations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
· Fluent in English is a plus
· Be a Cat & Dog Lover is a must
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or related field
· 2 years of working experience
