Job description for Events and Outreach Coordinator at Miso Pet Food
About MISO
At MISO, we believe pets deserve real food made with thoughtful ingredients. We're building more than a pet food brand—we're building a community of pet parents, content creators, and animal lovers who believe every pet deserves healthier, longer lives.
Your Mission
Bring MISO closer to pet parents through meaningful partnerships, engaging community experiences, and creative outreach initiatives. You'll help grow our offline presence, strengthen relationships with existing customers, and introduce MISO to new communities.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with pet communities, pet-friendly venues, pet shops, clubs, and organizations to create meaningful partnership opportunities.
- Proactively identify and execute creative outreach initiatives to introduce MISO to new audiences and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Plan and coordinate MISO's participation in bazaars, expos, pet gatherings, and other community events.
- Manage end-to-end event preparation and execution, including logistics, inventory, staffing, promotional materials, and vendor coordination.
- Develop engaging event activations and community experiences that attract visitors, encourage interaction, and drive sales.
- Organize community gatherings, educational activities, and collaborative initiatives that bring pet parents closer to MISO.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Creative team to develop promotional campaigns and materials for events and partnerships.
- Stay updated on pet industry trends, community activities, and creative engagement opportunities.
- Track partnership activities, gather customer feedback, evaluate event performance, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Believes great partnerships are built on trust, not transactions.
- Loves meeting people and building genuine relationships.
- Is proactive, organized, and follows through.
- Communicates warmly and professionally.
- Takes ownership and enjoys helping build something from the ground up.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in community engagement, event coordination, partnerships, brand activation, or related fields.
- Experience organizing events, community gatherings, or brand activations is preferred.
- Comfortable approaching potential partners and building relationships independently.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with different teams.
- Willing to work on selected weekends for events, with adjusted days off as arranged.
- Experience in the pet industry is a plus, but not required.
Why Join MISO?
You'll work directly with the founders, have real ownership, and help shape how MISO builds relationships with creators, communities, and partners across Indonesia.
This isn't just about coordinating collaborations—it's about helping build one of Indonesia's most thoughtful pet food brands.
