Job description for Event Supervisor at PT Inovasi Karya International
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and ensure the smooth execution of events.
- Develop creative event concepts aligned with promotional targets.
- Source and collaborate with Partnership or vendors for event execution.
- Design event concepts that align with the allocated budget and cover all necessary aspects.
- Supervise and review the overall event process to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communication / Mass Communication / Advertising or equivalent.
- Good communciation and interpersonal skills.
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Handling event, media promotion, & advertising,
- Handling all Marcomm program.
- Highly self-motivated with a confident, ‘do the right thing’ attitude
- Able to work independently and with team
- Able to multitask and think clearly on your feet
- Hard-Working, self motivated, result oriented, versatile, resourceful
