JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for supporting end-to-end event operational readiness and coordination to ensure smooth event preparation and execution. This role manages operational setup, procurement coordination, logistics movement, warehouse and asset management, crew coordination, and on-site operational support across pre-event, event day, and post-event activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good project management and time management skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight timelines
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Experience handling inventory systems, logistics, and warehouse management is a plus
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and event schedules when required
