JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for supporting end-to-end event operational readiness and coordination to ensure smooth event preparation and execution. This role manages operational setup, procurement coordination, logistics movement, warehouse and asset management, crew coordination, and on-site operational support across pre-event, event day, and post-event activities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communication, Business Management, Operations, or related fields
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event operations, event coordination, logistics, or related roles
Experience in handling event setup, operational support, and manpower coordination is preferred
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good project management and time management skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight timelines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Familiar with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Experience handling inventory systems, logistics, and warehouse management is a plus
Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and event schedules when required
