Job description for Event Project Officer at Provaliant Group
Job Description:
- Support the planning, preparation, and execution of events, activations, exhibitions, and other projects.
- Assist Project Manager / Project Lead in coordinating project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and organize project documents, including project briefs, schedules, checklists, quotations, purchase requests, and other administrative documents.
- Assist in coordinating event logistics, including venue preparation, equipment, materials, merchandise, manpower, and transportation.
- Monitor project progress and follow up with relevant parties to ensure all tasks are completed according to schedule.
- Support on-site event operations, including setup, event execution, dismantling, and post-event activities.
- Assist in handling unexpected issues or operational challenges during project execution and escalate them to the Project Manager when necessary.
- Conduct site visits and assist with venue surveys when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of project activities, including photos, reports, attendance, vendor documents, and other supporting materials.
- Assist in preparing post-event reports and project evaluations.
- Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or management.
